Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday, and are closed for shipping Saturday and Sunday. We ship via USPS and UPS primarily. Please remember that if you request Rush Shipping, your order must be received by 9:30am, Pacific Standard Time so that we can send it out that day. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your items and include handling fees.

Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 2 to 10 business days.
Rush Shipping: Expected delivery within 1 to 3 days.
Heavy Goods, multiple items and Special Handling: Expected Delivery 5 to 10 business days.
Cost: Depends on Weight & Size

If you have any special delivery instructions, please include a note in the comments box upon checkout. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Either within the shipping institution or once delivered to your mailbox. If your package is lost by shipper you must put a claim in with them. If you package is shown delivered and is then stolen or misplaced we are not liable. We suggest shipping to a secure mailbox or to work. If your package is lost or stolen you must alert us within three days of the package delivery notification for us to assist in claims. You also must inform us with 14 days of order/and shipment notification of an any issues with package or else we relinquish responsibility.
