Refund policy

Exchanges or Store Credit Only:
You may exchange or get a store credit up to 14 days after purchase date- if the item is in the original condition with no sign of visible wear or tear. 

 

 


Online & In-Store Orders:
In the spirit of keeping small business alive our policy offers store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Any items purchased using a discount or on sale are always final sale. 
Returns MUST be received within 14 days from your delivery date for domestic customers. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent when possible; unblemished, unaltered, with original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping, Pepperjack does not provide return labels. 


If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund or credit if the item is no longer available. However, we must receive the damaged/defective item before we can process an exchange, credit, or refund.


We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post, as we cannot take responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. C.O.D.s will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return and  inspect. the return will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we process the return and issue a store credit.
