Tartufo Salt

This is a truffle salt made with French sea salt and black summer truffle. Guérande salt is rated IGP which guarantees the quality of the salt. The Guérande salt is neither treated or refined, so it is mineral rich. It is known for having less of a salty flavor than other sea salts which makes it a better flavor enhancer.
